Program Details
- Endpoints are telephones and telephone apps. Commission is paid on all monthly services, but only endpoints count toward your tier.
- Commissions are paid monthly and based on actual monthly recurring charges billed.
- Commissions apply to new customers only.
- Agents are independent contractors, quote using current AHS pricing, and do not sign contracts on behalf of Advanced Hosted Services.
- Agreements have a one-year initial term and continue month to month; either party may end the agreement with 30 days’ written notice.

Who can become an AHS agent?
IT companies, managed service providers, consultants and individuals who work with businesses can join the Advanced Hosted Services Agent Program and refer customers for our hosted phone and communications services.
How much commission can I earn?
Commissions are paid monthly on each referred customer’s recurring bill: 10% for 1 to 100 endpoints, 15% for 101 to 200 endpoints, and 20% once you reach 200 or more endpoints.
What counts toward my commission tier?
Endpoints are telephones and telephone apps. Commission is paid on all of a customer’s monthly services, but only endpoints count toward your tier.
When are commissions paid?
Commissions are paid once a month and are based on the actual monthly recurring charges billed to your customers. If a customer does not pay a bill, the related commission may be withheld from future payments.
Do I have to install or support the phone systems?
No. You make the introduction, and Advanced Hosted Services handles the quote, installation, number porting, training and 24×7 live support.
Can I refer existing AHS customers?
No. Commissions apply to new customers only; existing Advanced Hosted Services customers are not eligible.
